Duncan, there is a unit of the IDF that started out as a pilot program and is now in full swing. People with Down's Syndrome were recruited to participate in supply and logistics units doing things like shipping, packing rations and supplies etc. It has turned out very well and their work is hardly retarded. You are right, some people don't get it!
