Werner Erhard, Michael C. Jensen, and and Kari L. Granger have created a fascinating course that teaches leadership. Teaching is probably the wrong word since they use an ontological approach (ontology is the science of being and their model "reveals the actual nature of being when one is being a leader and opens up and reveals the source of one’s actions when exercising leadership.”)

I have never read a finer article on this subject. Kudos. until now I did not understand what Ontology was, I just remember a strange phrase from years ago in school which has stayed in my mind: "Ontology Recapitulates Phylogeny."
