I've often learned more from failure than from success. I think everyone has. It's just that it isn't any fun.

You're right Heather. It isn't fun but if you can have the presence of mind to try and learn from it, then it's not in vain. It can be hard though! Especially when the ego is involved ;)

It's hard not to take it personally. And so long as they are paying for it and not taking the mic, i can get over it (after a long cry in the corner!)
