This happens to me all the time: I get so focused on an outcome/result/idea, I don’t want to change direction.
PDCA – After the planning comes the doing part, right? It's about pushing results, execution, linearity... Action is great; I don’t want to advocate to stop and smell the roses, BUT I think we need to be more open to possibilities.

Really gutsy, Anna! The trick might be to find the middle ground - not so many what-if's that nothing gets done, but enough to be sure there are no real nagging issues that should be dealt with first (or you'll be sorry later).
