Great post! I think that Heather Stone raises an interesting question. Overall, I think that women need to realize that the product or services that they provide are of value and need to set a price and stand firm or negotiate when necessary in their own favor.

This is a great article, but I'm interested in knowing what Feldt thinks of all this in light of the atrocious economy, where people are in fierce competition for jobs. I think with all the fear out there that women and even men are giving a second thought to risking losing a job by asking for too much.
