Really great example of how social media can impact business (including big business) in a way that once was not possible. From a small business perspective, this puts many smaller operations on a similar footing with larger ones. You can no longer create multi-million dollar advertising campaigns to completely change public perception of your product and the positive or negative feedback of those you serve, employees or others in the community can make or break the smallest mom and pop or the largest industry titan.
