Welcome to Tweak Your Biz AJ. I agree that a good persona is important for you to be successful on Social Media however I think it is imperative that you let your real character shine through so people know who they are dealing with. A happy and obliging persona is probably preferable when dealing with a difficult customer or situation, although you may, in your head, be thinking much different responses. :) I know people who would be useless online as they would take comments the wrong way and just be downright rude in response without thinking before "typing" but I'd advise those type of people to stay away from it and delegate the job to someone calmer.
