Many people believe that sitting all day, loading their facebook page and twitter account with loads of advertisements bring instant results. Social media is about relationships -interacting with people. Loyalty and long lasting relationships are not built in a day. They require patience, time, and effort. Thank you for sharing.

Fantastic post, Brad. I see so many people who get started trying to drive traffic and build a brand on social media only to give up after only 30 days of working at it. That right there (giving up too easily) is one of the main reasons social media will never work for most people.

The main thing to remember when dealing with social media is that your building RELATIONSHIPS with PEOPLE. Same as if you were building them offline. They take a significant investment of time and commitment for them to become fruitful. When I grasped that concept, my brand and blog began to take off through the relationships I built with social media.

Thanks for sharing this post with us. I enjoyed it!
