Gordon Ramsay is known for not taking any sh*t when it comes to his restaurant businesses. If someone’s not performing as well as they should be, then he will speak his mind and get them back on task.

Thanks for sharing this. I really like Gordon Ramsay. One of my problems has been communication and I understood that to succeed that's really an important part. Therefore, I been trying to improve it.
