A lot of people prefer to work for startups; however, you have to have something in your DNA to get along with startup culture. There are so many things to learn, and there are so many things to unlearn as well.

I do agree about outsourcing . It is the suitable option for faster , cheaper and easier way to save money. But you should be sure that you save money without risking your company's standards and securities. Check on the person you choose, verify and and audit if he is working efficiently and fulfills your business needs.
