One sign of successful people is that they know enough to surround themselves with smart people...sometimes even smarter than they are! It takes a certain amount of security to do this since you'll have to lead these folks. But often times they will rely upon you just as much for your vision. And great leaders make those smarter and more talented than they are feel proud to be a part of a vision greater than themselves.
