MVP #1 is Reputely: a game mechanics platform for web and mobile apps. It seemed obvious to start with Reputely, as it’s very similar to Heyzap, in terms of, distribution and adding virality and engaging content to websites.

Some great takeaways, Dru. Probably the most important one is to release early, maybe even before the project is completely ready, so that you can collect feedback. Some people get nervous thinking this is essentially releasing crap in the market, but in fact it's test marketing and allows you to collect valuable feedback as opposed to keeping things under wraps the whole time only to discover customers don't really like it. Or that there's an easy fix that would have made it ten times more popular.
