Reuters came out with the surprising finding that over half of private small company executives expect employees to steal something of value within the next year. On top of that, small businesses are often targets for vandalism and burglary from the outside world as well.
That needs to change.

If the cameras are in plain view it deters the outside burglars and protects all the honest employees, too. Maybe a tiny hidden camera would add additional security (showing an employee trying to foil the system by getting around the obvious camera). If it's video-tape based, be sure to change tapes often or the footage will be useless (it'll resemble "Sea Hunt" w/Lloyd Bridges as frogman Mike Nelson, B+W '57-'61).
