Mick Hagen post is the post that motivate me to write my own version of the kind of people I want to work with at my startup. You can read Mick post about the types of people he wants to work with at his startup here.

Though it might be similar to mine, but the way I express my own mind is different. Yeah, the fact is I want to start a startup, but for me to dwell on the mountain top, I have to work with people who believe in my vision.

I believe people who have complementary skills to yours are the kind of people one need to work with. Even if I’m a pre-made hacker (why I said that is because my main path is the hustle) I still need another hacker who will be in charge of building epic stuffs.

Insightful article.

People I want to work with: honest, hardworking, smart people. Their experience is not that important, what's important is their honesty and the will to learn - and work hard. And unfortunately, I haven't seen a large number of people who fit this description.

It is always ideal to hire and work with honest, above-board people. It's a shame that many people are in fear mode, with the recent economic unrest. I think everyone's integrity is put to the test in these tough times, and unfortunately those good employees a small business owner takes pains to hire can turn into bad ones pretty darn quickly when under pressure. But anyway, great post. Good ideals!
