This weekend kids and adults around the country will be dressing up to hit the town, and comparing who hauled in the biggest bag of sweets or pulled the best pranks.
That’s all well and good outside your business. But the last thing you want in business is to leave your potential clients with the perception that all they got from you was a stale Starburst from last year’s candy bag, instead of the super-sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups they were counting on.

Pity so many people are looking for shortcuts and even worse that so many are prepared to 'provide' them. Particular problem in online marketing. Brian

Unfortunately, some business owners don't realize it and end up neglecting their customers - I know, because there were plenty of businesses that didn't treat me right as the customer. It goes without saying, I wasn't their customer for a very long time.
