"Hi Rich, If one auto-follows hundreds or thousands a day (as you recommend), one becomes a spammer's heaven, not to mention a great host for the porno & other weirdo-types who WILL all show up on your Twitter home page. I've also recently had messages of people following me (looking to be followed so they can then unfollow me 25 hours later), and when I check their page (which I always do), there's no bio (that's an automatic reason for me not to follow), or worse, a blank page so their tweets are invisible - I don't want garbage on my home page, so I carefully decide who to follow.
