"It's true, Chris, but buyers who know the benefits of certain features often research & qualify their purchases based on the existence of the feature(s) that produce the benefit(s). i.e. I want to record a TV show on DVD while watching a different show (or a video tape) simultaneously - does the device in question have that feature? "Great article, Geno! I don't mind the bot-sent "your order has been received", but like you said, it's not nearly enough - I want a separate e-mail from a human, and w/in a day or 2, tracking info. I usually e-mail before I order (to be sure items are in stock, how soon they ship, etc).
