I am a night watchman, but I am trying to change my sleep pattern, so I can become a bit more of a morning person, going up at 5 AM, taking a walk, planning the day and learn something new listening to a podcast or reading a book. Then I can take a power nap and start the working day at 8 AM. The thing is that I have to go to bed before midnight then, striving for being in bed at 10 PM. How do you sleep?
