"Paul Mullan (BloggerTone), Exceptional article! I guess there are reasons that Ryannair makes a profit while other airlines are floundering. I agree with blowing your horn! The problem is people think they need to be too humble and that blowing the horn lacks humility and is vain. It's not if done tastefully...it shows confidence, success and is a great marketing tool! The Danger of Forgetting That Customers Have Long Memories
"Susan, I had a best friend for many years. He started dating a new girl and fell in with her crowd. He virtually forgot the old gang! It was pretty painful that loyalty and “make new friends but keep the old…one is silver and the other’s gold” went by the wayside.
