Foreign Website Owners Face Extradition to U.S. on Piracy Charges
"Duncan, When I was about 10 years old, my mother took my friends and me to the "World of Wheels Custom Car Show" at the Allentown Fairgrounds. There were three guests posing for pictures and autographs: Richard Kiel, Boss Hogg and whoever the Playboy Playmate of the year happened to be. I ran to Keil, then to Boss Hogg. It didn't even occur to me to go over to bikini-clad, buxom beauty. I was ten years, was in 7th-Heaven from having autopics of Jaws and Hogg, and still had a lot to learn about women. I still don't fully understand them :( "6 Reasons It Pays To Use Your Real Identity As a Business Blogger
"Great advice Adam! Duncan, speaking of made-up handles, they worked pretty well for the 18-wheeler truckers, speaking of which... ...when I had just turned 16, we were driving in my buddy Jeff M's car, his Dad's car actually which had a CB radio. We switched to Channel 39, the trucker's channel, where we proceeded to barrage one of the on-air trucker's with verbal insults. We made up a tough sounding handle for ourselves. When the trucker got very lippy with us (In retrospect, he had a right to) we invited him to come to the McDonalds parking lot just off of Route 22 in our hometown of Easton. We went to the lot several hours later at the specified time only to see the lot almost entirely filled up with big rigs and a shitload of mean-ass truckers milling about. All as far as the eye could see... In any case, on the internet, I lend little credibility to criticism or ratings where the writer does not identify his or himself. It is easy to say things when hiding behind a wall of anonymity. There is a time and place for criticism and contesting, but it is only truly effective when one does so out in the open. "BTW, Translation: Tangent alert! I saw an article a few months back that if someone wants to become a Serial Killer, the #1 profession to be in is long-haul trucker: easy access to prostitutes, privacy in the sleeper compartments of the rig and a myriad of places to dump a body on the sides of the interstate highway system. Many serial killers have proven to be truckers and the FBI suspects that many unsolved cases might be attributed to them. That being said, trucking is an honorable profession and most truckers are probably law-abiding citizens. This tangential though has been bought to you by Pepsi. Pop one open today and savor the flavor."6 Reasons It Pays To Use Your Real Identity As a Business Blogger
"David, Another good point spawned by Adam's fine article. As you could see from my voting record here, without an avatar = generic avatar, I seldom read an article and therefore don't vote. To me it means, the likelihood it is spammy increases and it's a sign of laziness. It takes a mere 30 seconds to upload one. What's the issue?"Was my writing stolen?
"David, BizSugar Confession: You are a cool guy and I have come to love you! If we lived in the same town, we would probably have a "Bromance," which to my understanding is a purely platonic relationship between two guys punctuated mostly by watching Rambo-style movies on cable in one of our basements while drinking beer, bowling and catching a baseball or football game together from time to time. We would not speak of our feelings however, that is not manly!"Business Blogging Is Not a Hobby
"Nick, I used to think the same way. Think. Conceptualize. Write. Proof. Post. Twitter. Tweet. Upload to Social Media sites. Two days later...repeat cycle. Next week, repeat cycle... I watched my viewcount go, in the span of 18 months and 180 posts, from 10,000 to 30 to 75 to 150, and finally almost 250,000 thousand. Then a funny thing happened: I completely and utterly burned out, perhaps a strange outcome for someone who is a professional and literary writer. One day it hit me like a ton of bricks...I don't want to do it anymore. Now it is only a hobby and I will probably post once a month...if I feel like it. The business is going fine, without a blog, something that I thought might be impossible. It seems as that the archive of posts I have created is still driving potential customers to me. "Susan, Hi. I didn't see a 2nd post from you last week (this one) so sorry for the late vote. I'm not enjoying the SM ride. No FaceBook, I haven't checked out Google+ (I don't even know what it is) and I don't think I've logged into Twitter in months. I've totally burned out on it! Yoni"Subscribe

"Just make sure it's not the great Richard Kiel, a.k.a, "Jaws" from James Bond; we all know in "The Spy Who Loved Me" how the huge man-eating shark fared against Kiel's titanium chompers. Man - 1 : Shark - 0. In any case, it's an interesting article, but with the issue of illegal immigration, not to mention ongoing terror prevention, I don't see the Feds having the manpower to devote to this other than perhaps a few high-profile cases to make an example. Thanks Shark... Yoni"
