Online Business Success – Starts With You
"Jackie, "Cruising the streets in their rumpled trench coats, cigarette draping loosely from the corner of their mouth, coaxing you to their shiny vehicle… smirking ever so slyly." Ahh...creepy! Spidey-senses. Bullshit. Shit. Freakin. I love your writing style. It's real and it's genuine! Great article and true, not everyone is cut out to be in business. Deciding whether or not it is a good fit can boil down to practicalities, and sometimes the "mushy shit" as you call it, the ideals, dreaminess, etc. needs to take a backseat. "Rico, I found this site quite by accident today...for people like me who have a better chance of meeting a green spaceman than they do of creating an infographic on their own. It has the Infographic of the Day. Cool stuff to post on its own, attach to a blog, or just stare at in amazement: http://www.fastcompany.com/tag/infographic-day Yoni"Do You Read Free eBook's?
"Morgan, I actually read a great story, I think in USA Today, a month or two ago. I just tried to find it but to no avail. The premise was indeed that everyone is writing them but nobody is reading them. In general, I don't...in most cases, they just seem like a bunch of blog articles cutted and pasted into a "Book." I think e-books, mostly the free type, are indicative of most self-published material. If it was really a great work, a publisher somewhere would bite and it would be published instead of self-published. I also think when something is free, psychologically it holds little value. "Valentin (I love that name...so filled with love!) Great posting and excellently done. Unfortunately this is a part of history that most businesses wish to forget. Profits took the form of blood and partnerships, the form of collaboration. BMW settled the slave-labor lawsuit about four years ago. Each slave received around $5,600. Considering that many worked for years, it amounts to pennies per hour. Then we have the next chapter today...businesses that skirt or completely break the sanctions on Iran and North Korea. In the case of Iran, it is supplying the parts and technology needed for a second Holocaust. How often money to be made takes a back seat to morality. Sad commentary. "CHRISTOPHER HOLTON, NATIONAL DIRECTOR, CENTER FOR SECURITY POLICY'S DIVEST TERROR INITIATIVE: "General Electric is the largest profit-maker of doing business with terror states including North Korea and Iran. Much of this business has dual-use purpose (civilian and military) and much of it can be considered to be contravening U.N. sanctions. Not so different from the compabies in the article. Money talks $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$! "Subscribe
