"Dearest Susan, Fine job as always! Now a question...do you take requests? I have a suggestion for a future post of yours if you are interested. The 80s and 90s...I'm still living in America. The Crocodile Dundee movie comes out. Men at Work sing about The Land Down Under. Vegemite sandwiches, Olivia newton John, Midnight Oil, the band. All of a sudden the hugest, hottest thing was Australia...shrimp on the barbie, Foster's Lager, and a whole bunch more. It was a great move, a great song, but somehow I get the feeling that behind all of the fad was a very clever Australia marketing campaign. I'd be interested in your inisght. Cheers, Yoni"Subscribe

Employing People With Disabilities: A Manager's Guide
"As a person with a disability (two very rare genetic immunological disorders), I appreciate this article very much. I have always been up front during interviews about my situation (two day-long hospitalizations per month, two days after each hospitalization with side-effects that don't allow me to work, and I must work from home). I have found employers to be very understanding, gracious, and when they see how capable I am, barriers go down and doors open.
