Work and Disability: How One of the Worst Mornings of My Life Turned Into a Paycheck by Evening
"Heidi, Save those tears for children with cancer, people who are paralyzed, and those without a roof over their heads or food on their tables. And dogs and cats everywhere who are in distress. Okay, parakeets, hamsters and frogs too. Thanks for your encouragement and thoughts. I'm trying to serve as a small example, and hope it helps a person or two. Regards, Yoni"Starting a Business With Little Money: A Frugal Guide to Small & Home Businesses Start-up
"Great series of posts today. As far as starting a business at home, frugally, perhaps nothing neats writing...as I found out. No real start-up costs. A portfolio and referral base can be built up through experience. Anybody who is good with words and putting thoughts to paper can give it a whirl. Great as a career or to make extra money and the side. And if it doesn't work out, no real investments have been made, so nothing tangible will be lost! Yoni"101 Ways to Make Money Online
"There's a guy in our area I know, he's a lawyer; his area of interest is Business Ethics. He submitted some works just for the heck of it to the Jerusalem Post, just some ideas he had written about. The Post liked them. Every month or so they ran one of his articles...no payment but good exposure. Then they asked him if he could come up with a weekly column. He's now a paid columnist and his weekly column in the magazine section, "The Ethics of Business" is a good and popular one. One of your 101 Ways. Start writing some articles about areas of interest. A blog might get 500 views per article. Now his articles are in a newspaper with a weekend circulation of 150,000. Little articles; you never know where they'll lead! And $$$. "Nice guest post! I think if it is a guest-poster who has very impressive credentials, put it at the top. If it's someone like me who talks a bit of business, but mostly about flatulence, boogers and other weird things, hide it way, way, way down at the bottom. Having my tonsils out tomorrow, so I'll see you in five days or so. Looking forward to some hot nurses and ice-cream! Yoni"Subscribe
Work and Disability: How One of the Worst Mornings of My Life Turned Into a Paycheck by Evening
"Thanks Duncan! I missed your presence here on BizSugar...unfortunately I had no access to Social media on the wireless network. Little did I know that a tonsillectomy would end up keeping me in hospital for 17 days. I love hot nurses and ice-cream just as much as the next guy, but enough is enough. A terrible thing happened to me while in the hospital...I got addicted to the show Jersey Shore! I know it sounds pathetic! I'll check out Jackie's page. Ronika also did a nice update on hers. All the best! Yoni"
