I hate it when people think just because they have a fancy job title that it qualifies them automatically as a leader. We don’t see this issue too much with small businesses, but more with your big brand businesses. So what if you’re the CEO, President, Director of whatever – if you don’t have what people gravitate towards, then you really have no power with the company you are supposed to be in charge of.
