More then ever what your customers want is an answer to their questions; that of course is the best thing that you can provide the customer, but at times your customer service/support reps are going to have to put a customer on hold, get back to them later or simply say no because after all we can’t be everything to everyone. When a customer does contact your company they are also looking for a few other characteristics besides the answer. The also want a good experience and flexibility.
