This is a great submission for people who are still trying to get around the "noise" of twitter and be able to use it to market their small business. I plan on taking advantage of FriendOrFollow myself.

I have used Friend or Follow. I will test ReFollow in order to keep the "follow limit" in place. When you have around 2000 followers, the difference between followers and the users you follow could only be around 200 people. I am not sure about the exact figure / ratio, but I have reached the follow limit several times lately.
