Your point about not being afraid of making mistakes and learning from failure is very important. Most entrepreneurs do not succeed at first. Only those who continue to keep trying and learning from their mistakes will eventually find success.

Entrepreneurs are not born they are made. Most people that start out in their entrepreneur journey fail a bunch of different times and things don’t go the way the first planned it.

However, they stick with it and eventually they develop themselves into a successful individual. Which is why I think one of the most important traits you have listed here is Tenacity. Every entrepreneur will meet failure, but failure is no match for strong determination and persistence.
