As a student studying Geo-Politics, exchange student this year, a big focus of our study is the history of Russia and China. They were always famous for their 5-year plan. In todays business world many businesses at least from what I read will not even last until the third year. I like your idea of dividing goals up into a year and making them reasonable and attainable. Very nice article.
