Fantastic article, Martin. It really encourages me, as an adult student and one who will be entering the workforce and/or starting my own business at Gen X age. My generation has to hand it to the boomers, "it" being both the bad, like the drain on social security and medicare, and the good, being what your post was about--their entrepreneurial spirit. Hopefully, because of the sheer numbers of boomers, they can reinvent the workforce and lead business people to value older workers, so that my generation can benefit too.
