"Thanks Niall, I know as soon as the word automation is mentioned it has the capability of ruffling a few feathers. The fact is, automation has always existed in business, it's only since social media took centre stage that its been deemed a bad thing. Fortunately this is one of those tools that while it could be used to automate your social media feed, I see it more as a real productivity tool for those things that kind of get pushed to the bottom of the pile due to "time" constraints.
