Why Ergonomic Work Space is Important to Maintain Your Productivity - Plus Some Ergonomic Workplace Setup Tips
"Oh, wow. You said it, Ivan. This really can't be overstated. A comfortable work environment is absolutely critical, if not to your business, than at least to your health...which, let's face it, in the end affects your business anyway."The importance of having an entrepreneurial filter
"What a great first post, Zack. Looks like a mighty interesting venture your involved in as well. Getting sucked away from the course who are trying to pursue is definitely a HUGE problem with entrepreneurship especially since sometimes the distraction comes in the form of much needed money especially near the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey where cash flow is always a problem. It's important to know the difference between those unexpected developments that could suggest new possibilities and new opportunities and those that serve only as a distraction. "An Open Letter to Marketers Who Abuse Social Media for Selfish Gain
"Hi Martin, I know where you're coming from and I respect the value of the trader principle in any truly effective business model. I think the problem has to do with an unfortunate paradigm in at least some modern business philosophies and perhaps the modern use of the word "selfish" in this context. I would substitute the phrase "short-sighted" here, because I believe many of the techniques being discussed end up not being in the marketer's self-interest since they destroy trust and sacrifice the possibility of long-term profitable relationships for the possibility of a quick but much lower return."Want To Learn About Angel Investing? TechStars Founder David Cohen Spills The Beans
"Really enjoyed this video on angel investing, David. I think that for those entrepreneurs who use this kind of money to start a business it can be critical to understand what constitutes the kind of business idea that angels and others invest in. It's important to note that not every business requires investment, at least right away, and that those needing and getting investment fall into very specific categories. Thanks. "How Seth Godin Turns Browsers To Buyers
"Great post. And with some interesting looks at how breaking the rules can sometimes be a good thing. I love getting information from every source possible, but, when it's all said and done, there are very few one-size-fits-all solutions, so the idea we can take from this is not necessarily to imitate what Seth does, but rather that being unique in your approach is often what works the best."Subscribe
Building Your Own Brand of Awesomeness
"Know watcha mean, David, but I think branding takes on many different forms. (BTW, have you met Zack who also commented here? He's a new member and I'd highly recommend you checking out his stuff. Thanks Zack for participating!) See, to me part of personal brand has long been about helping others out. (By the way, think I forgot to get back to you on a certain issue about submissions here at BizSugar. Will be in touch via e-mail tomorrow.) Now, that may not be everyone's personal brand...and it may not work for some. They are doers and must produce content or sharers and like to pass on info., sometimes with limited commentary. The point is to find something that works for you and gets you noticed. There may not be a right answer, but there's certainly a wrong one. If no one is paying attention to you at all, despite all your efforts, it's time to go back to the drawing board."
