"Very Interesting, Pawel. I'm one of those who does take offense when something is raised or promised & then not done. Even having to bring it up later is a problem. I think it's "passive-aggressive behavior" to start promising stuff you never intend to do just to build up your business' attractiveness, or placate the person standing there. Each box should be checked by the housekeeper as they go, then double-checked by the head housekeeper or manager for each floor before they clock out. "Hi Willis. As someone who eschews new-tech, the last thing I need is more options. At the risk of annoying lots of people, I'm going to say I'm divided on the censorship issue. Do you think magazines, TV networks, radio, and newspapers allow everyone to say anything they want - NO.
