I am actually learning how to write as my experience has always been business reports etc and reading your posts does help me. You are the first person to say about the one shot deal and I think you are right, it is just others do not say so. The more you know about them just like in our personal relationships the better. One thing I did not include was if your customers are B2B then it is a good idea to know about their customers as you get good insights. Susan "
