Employee or Entrepreneur?
"There are some really good points here, but I believe you're selling employees short - very far short, as if they're all a bunch of zombies or automatons. Most actual "inventions" (including many of Edison's) were done by the employees. If an entrepreneur had the attitude that all they needed were a few dolts to man a post for 8 hours, they'd miss out on all that a good employee has to offer - including creative ideas. businessavante "Spell Checker, You Are a JERK!
