What works for one business doesn't necessarily work for another and most tactics reinforce other things you do to market your business. So I don't have a favorite tactic on the list but I can say I spend less time, for example, analyzing competitors, than I do thinking about and helping my team execute the other things on the list. What have you done that's worked for you in your business?"
Thanks! Unfortunately, Chicago is not well known for food trucks. Local regulations prohibit cooking on trucks (unlike many other cities) so it's really tough for food truck operators to create fresh food. But when I travel, I love trying out a nice variety. How about in your area? Do you have a favorite?"
Typically, such regulations are created to prevent food trucks from competing with local restaurants (who lobby to have these regulations). The claim is that cooking on trucks is a safety issue - although obviously, this is not an issue in many other cities where there's a thriving food truck industry."
