Social Savvy: Avoiding Costly Mistakes
"Ah, yes. The cost of doing nothing. Thanks, Traci. Great post with some great examples and neat tools. The world can probably be divided into those who are struggling to adapt to change and those who won't see change coming until it is much too late. "Hey David, Great infographic. I think it says a lot about the argument that the problems business is having are largely because of lack of credit. If unaffordable loans are one problem and poor consumer spending another how will more loans really improve the situation? The complaint I hear most often from those doing business online is the need to always be connected, be mobile online and answering e-mails, monitoring Twitter, etc. Hate to add to your reading list, but one book that touches on this is "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Tim Ferriss, in which Tim suggests productivity can be improved, and I suspect, your mental health as well, by simply limiting the number of times you look at e-mail. Many online professionals practice regular disconnection to stay healthy. So, your blogging vacation could be a great idea. "Subscribe
