"Susan, Thanks so much for your kind words! Profit? PROFIT?!! What is that??! All kidding aside, no real overhead, I just do the work, end up doing rewrites and edits until the client is satisfied and by that time I've done so much "unpaid" extra work/bending over backwards to please the client, that I squeak out a modest profit. One day I'll get my act together and put my foot down...I'll tell clients that endless rewrites are billable...then I'll start to actually make a decent living. "Shawn, among my most favorite posts are those which make me feel as if I have just had a session with a business coach. This was a great posting on change...one of the most difficult things to implement. I guess in order to institute change we have to admit that we were doing something "wrong"...not one of the easier things to face up to.
