"Pretty impressive list, Ivan. I'm wondering. If you were going to pick just one innovation that all small businesses really should consider, what would it be? Could you share it in the comment section of BizSugar so all our members could benefit?"To Learn More About Your Customers, Map Where They Live
"Tara, Fantastic post, and, Ivan, thanks so much for sharing it with the BizSugar community. My question, Ivan: as an online entrepreneur, how important do you think mapping your customers is to an online business? What kinds of online businesses do you think this would be most important for? I'd love if you could share your thoughts in the comment section of BizSugar for the benefit of the whole community. "How To Launch Your New Business For Less Than $1,500
"Hi Ross, I'm a real fan of bootstrapping, and, at this level of startup cost, that's exactly what we're talking about here. Certainly, tools like Crowdspring are an immense help, but what's your take? Is bootstrapping more talked about now because the level of technology makes it more possible than ever before? Or has it always been just a matter of entrepreneurs finding creative ways to make things happen? Love to let this conversation evolve naturally. Can you give me your thoughts over in the BizSugar comment section so the rest of the community can get in on the discussion?"Making a Case for Telecommuting
"Hi Christy, There are certainly jobs where telecommuting wouldn't work. But for many jobs where work must be completed on deadline, schedules can be flexible, and performance can be judged by evaluating completed projects, it will. What's more, telecommuting can save money in many cases by reducing overhead when you don't absolutely need to have someone in the office. I'm curious. Is this something many small business owners continue to have an issue with? I'm not sure if you're a member of the BizSugar community yet, but would love if you could share your insights in the comment section for this post over at BizSugar.com for the benefit of our entire community."Study Shows Social Does Drive Sales
"Hi Rieva, Looks like this study explodes a pretty big myth...again! I'm wondering, from your own insights. Do you think the kind of product or service makes a difference? Does social drive sales more effectively for some businesses than for others? If so, how do you go about determining whether your product, service or brand is a good fit? Is there a way to determine whether your social efforts would be better spent simply raising brand awareness or actively trying to drive sales? Love if you could share your thoughts with the whole BizSugar community. "Marketing For Bloggers: Becoming a Visible Expert
"Hi Lee, Thanks so much for the excellent post and thanks to Adam for sharing it with the BizSugar community. I don't know if you're a member yet, but if not maybe Adam can help you out. I'd love to get a discussion going in our community in the comment section for this post on BizSugar about exactly how to go about picking an area of expertise. I'd love to start by asking how to judge whether the niche you've chosen has sufficient earning potential and growth potential. I'm also wondering if you have any thoughts about competitors. Should you pick an area of expertise where you have few peers or is it OK or perhaps even a good idea to pick one where you have some competitors? Tell us what you think!"How To Build a Powerful Online Presence
"Hi Siraj, Thanks, as always, for sharing with the BizSugar community. (Hmmmm. Maybe BizSugar should be a whole separate point on your list :) Anyway, beginning bloggers are likely to find this list somewhat overwhelming. Could you suggest some priorities? If you were going to do just one of these, what would you start with? "Subscribe
A contract and a murder, and this is not even fiction
"I suspect many of us have the same problem. So I'm wondering. Do you generally get someone else to read your stuff before publishing?"
