The Art of Selling Yourself Even Without Credentials
"Hi Derek, James's talk in the video was both a revelation and a reaffirmation. I've taken some steps in my own life over the last few years to reassess my greatest gifts and discover how they can best be used to create the best life and future for my family. This post is now shared on the BizSugar community and I wondered if you'd drop by and leave a few thoughts in the comment section for this post on our site about how you feel James' outlook best applies to small business owners and entrepreneurs. I know it would mean the world to our group to have you participate."TV Appearance Boosts Guacamole Sales
"Hi Annie, Interesting how marketing can work both ways. I suspect there are people who might not have watched "Breaking Bad" but might as a result of this story on various news sites. I suspect the best marketing can go both ways. I'm wondering if you spoke to AMC at all and if this might have helped their audience in the Albuquerque area too. It'd be great if you could respond in the BizSugar comment section for the benefit of all our members."How to Instantly Make Blogger Outreach and PR Work for You
"Hi Adam, It's the combination of things that's really important. I'm wondering if you could elaborate a bit more on personalization, however. I think there are many bloggers, email marketers, etc. who read advice articles and do the bare minimum without considering why they are doing it. For example, why would you leave a single short phrase on a blog post that pretty much demonstrates you haven't read what the writer had to say? Or better yet, why wouldn't you at least take the time to read a blog post, if you intend to comment on it? What's really the best advice you could give someone engaged in activities that are essentially social but who seems to simply be going through the motions? "How to Instantly Make Blogger Outreach and PR Work for You
"Hi Adam, Especially like your point about doing something right because of the payoff. Though people rarely like to think in these terms, this is definitely what it's all about. When you take the time to comment you are investing. The degree to which you cut corners will have an impact on the return from that investment. Hence, if you don't intend to expend the energy necessary to engage in social activity in a way that will bring a return on your investment, it would actually be much better for you not to engage at all. Thanks for the response."Transparency The Key To Successful Affiliate Marketing
"Hi Eddie, Great post about transparency, which I'd say is important in any business. But I also wonder if you'd share some more specifics about how to be transparent particularly when it comes to social media channels. Could you suggest some things marketers should remember about being transparent when operating on, say, Facebook or Twitter? It would be great if you could share your thoughts in the comment section on BizSugar for the benefit of the whole community. "Kindle Books Can Help You Market Your Business
"Hi Henneke, Ran across your wonderful post shared in the BizSugar community. Ebook marketing may not be new, but I don't know if I've ever seen such a comprehensive approach. My question: how widespread is Kindle marketing at this point? Are there a lot of people already on the scene, or is it still a relatively new frontier in terms of adoption for marketing purposes? "A contract and a murder, and this is not even fiction
"Ha Ha Ha! Wonderful, David. And I'm certain in the copywriting game proofreading is imperative too. I'm wondering if you could share with us some of the tricks of the trade as far as guarding against errors in content. It would be great if you could leave any thoughts in the comment section of BizSugar for our whole community's benefit. "Subscribe
How to Use Rapportive To Grow Your Business Network and your Social Network
"Well, this is really cool! I can see how it would save a step each time you engage with someone via email and then want to hunt them down on various social networks. My question is whether there is an etiquette to reaching out to someone socially when emailing them. This tool obviously makes it easier to connect with people and I suppose it could lead to a little "aggressive connecting," shall we say? I'm also wondering in what day to day business situations you most often use it. Can you share a few more thoughts in the BizSugar comment section? "
