"This is true Niall, and of course before we can ask the questions, we need to listen at a level high enough so we really hear what the person is saying, not just at face value. A great skill to have. Of course, every employer, manager, employee, business owner, entrepreneur has the ability to listen and ask such pertinent questions. "Hi Duncan, Thanks for the comment, you have highlighted a very important point here, that the person who really suffers the most is ourselves, when we do an injustice to ourselves. I love training, it is in my blood, and the last thing I want is to head to work feeling over-tired or unwell. It is in my interest to maintain a healthy attitude, healthy body, and keep stress to manageable levels. "It's a tough one for me Niall, as I am quite active from about 10pm, even if I have had a hard day. My evening slump is about 7-8pm (probably after the evening meal). So it takes discipline for me to hit the hay at a reasonable hour, but I do my best. Sounds like you are the picture of health :)"Subscribe
